Individual Therapy for Men
I work with men navigating stress, burnout, anger, trauma, relationship strain, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I see are high-functioning on the outside but carrying pressure that rarely gets spoken about.
Therapy provides a steady space to slow down, understand what’s driving those patterns, and develop more grounded ways of responding.
First Responders & High-Stress Roles
Operational stress and cumulative trauma often build quietly over time. If you work in law enforcement, emergency services, healthcare, or another high-pressure field, the impact can show up in subtle and not-so-subtle ways.
Our work focuses on emotional regulation, trauma-informed processing, and restoring clarity without unnecessary clinical language.
Trauma & Emotional Regulation
Unresolved trauma can surface as irritability, shutdown, hypervigilance, or feeling emotionally flat. You don’t need to relive every detail to begin healing.
Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach, we work to increase internal stability and strengthen your capacity to respond rather than react.
My Approach
I work from an integrative framework, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioural therapy, and nervous system-based strategies. Therapy is collaborative and structured — practical enough to create change, steady enough to build trust.
